Misbah is a Montessori trained, skilled, patient, soft spoken and proficient Montessori guide, who knows how to work her magic with children.
Being a Montessori guide comes so naturally to her, and she insures all children in the environment are well taken care off. Misbah can turn a frown in a beautiful smile with her calm and friendly nature. She constantly wants to learn more and more to be a better guide for all the little ones at Ayelet.
How/Why you chose Montessori?
Montessori isn't just about academics ... The Montessori Methodology is completely different and unique from traditional schooling system. Montessori is a transformative journey not only for a child but also for Montessori Adults. It deepens our understanding of children and their ability to transform world. Montessori helps me understand children better and improvise myself for these little ones.
What is the 1 thing you won't do as a Montessori Guide?
As a Montessori guide I will not let the child to get completely dependant on me. I will not discriminate between the children and be fair to them. I will ensure I don't criticise a child and judge him/her . I will not ask the child to do anything that's against his/her self respect and will.
An advice to parents: Don't compare your child with the other children. Involve your child in life's simple daily life activities. And let them stay in Montessori environment for as long as you can.
